I am new to Papyrus 10 minutes ago. I cannot log in. I tried to reset my password, but when I do so it asks for my current password, which I neglected to write down when I started. So I cannot change my password and I cannot start over because Papyrus now recognizes my email. How do I reinitialize - start over - from the beginning?

Hi Philip,
if the website asks you to enter your old password for changing the password, you are still logged into the website. This happens for improved security of your account. If you don’t know your password anymore, just log out (bottom button in my-account).
You can then visit the email password recovery and don’t need your old password:
