Chapter headings lost in Navigator after re-import from DocX

When we export to DocX for proofreaders/editors, we seem to lose the chapter marks in the Navigator. Everything else seems to be there. I cannot find a setting that would change this. Any ideas, or is it a feature that needs to be added?
The titles exist in the document, just not in the Navigator.

I can see the chapters lose their status as titles when imported back from a Word document - thanks for bringing this up! :clap:

We’ll have to figure out what has changed, and how to fix this behavior in the future versions. :construction_worker_man: :wrench:

In the meantime, here’s a quick fix on how to get the chapters back in the Navigator:

  1. Choose a chapter heading.
  2. Open the “Style” menu from the top-left of the toolbar.
  3. Click “Mark” to select all the headings of your book.
  4. Go to the “Enumeration/Table of Contents” tab, and check the “Title” box
    → This will tell the document to consider these chapter headings as titles.

With that, the chapters should pop up in the Navigator again! :compass:
