Free Trial?

Hi. I enjoyed your software but wasn’t able to write for a while. When I logged in I see you’ve moved to Papyrus 12 and I have no way to get my old writings. I made an account because I saw mentioned a trial version so I could retrieve my work but I don’t see that anywhere, only the paid option. How exactly do I activate a trial to get my work (which I still have saved in papyrus format)?

Followup question, if i pay the one-time free, will you eventually move to papyrus 13 and remove my ability to use the old software, even if it meets all my needs?

Hi, welcome to the Community! :sun_with_face:

If you’ve got your Papyrus Author files saved on your computer, Papyrus 12 will pick them up automatically when you start it. :computer:

The trial kicks in as soon as you create an account and install the software, so you’re all set to jump back in. No extra hoops to jump through. :star_struck:

Papyrus 12 is a perpetual license, so it will continue to work splendidly after a release of a future version Papyrus 13 as well.

Have fun! :slightly_smiling_face:

sounds good, but I see no way to download it. I only see options to buy it. Is there a download link?
BTW I did create an account and logged in, I just don’t see where I “install the software”. Thanks.

Nevermind, I logged out and back in and it showed me a download page. Thanks!
