if you want to get rid of the header completely right click on the edge of the page, choose ‘Go to master page “Standard”?’ There you can delete the header text.
If you’d like to keep a header but change its content, you can do so via ‘Document’ → ‘Document Properties…’ → ‘Front Matter’. Change your author name and the title of your manuscript or delete them. Voilà
