Importing Character Database

I have just completed another novel using Papyrus Author. I have started a new one and would like to import my character database. How can i do this please?

That’s awesome, congratulations! :partying_face:

You can link the existing Character Database to your new project by following these steps:

  1. Open the new project.
  2. Navigate ‘Author’ → ‘My Project…’ → ‘Path to My Characters’.
  3. Click ‘Select…’ and navigate to the previous project’s folder and select the ‘My Characters.db’ databse file by double-clicking it.

Note that this action will continue using the old database, and any changes made to this database will affect the previous project as well. If you wish to make a separate copy of the database, you can simply copy and paste the ‘My Characters’ folder of the previous project into the new project. :slight_smile:
