Hi Can you automatically have the Navigator copied into the document as an Index?

Hi, welcome to the Community! 
The Navigator is a dynamic tool for managing and creating your book’s structure, with elements like chapter headings, scenes, events.
The Navigator is populated based on what’s in your book, but there’s no method of creating index from it.
For creating index entries, navigate to ‘Insert’ → ‘Add Index Entry…‘, and create a document index by navigating ‘Document’ → ‘Indices and Directories’ → ‘Index…’.
