It may only be me, but I have difficulties reading the initial font size of 10 pt in Thinkboards. My Thinkboards tend to grow very large and I like to have an overview of the whole project at once, but 10 pt makes it really hard to read when I zoom out. So, to date, with every new box I mark my text, right-click, set the font size to 14, right-click again and switch the justification from justified to left as well. This process gets very cumbersome when you have as many idea boxes as I usually have.
If at all possible, I would love to have the possibility to change those settings in my preferences.
You can change the default idea box with a couple of clicks: Right-click on an element that’s got the style you want, and choose “Preset this style for new items”.
That way all new elements will be formatted with this style.
And here’s a cool trick: you can save more styles for quick access by right-clicking an element, and selecting ‘Style’ → ‘Create from Selected Item.’
When you want to use the saved style, just right-click an element, and select the style from the style-menu.
