Hi there, recently came back in to Papyrus with the new offer. Had switched to Scrivener as it didn’t have a subscription, but always preferred Papyrus. I want to love and trust this new app but it is randomly closing without warning. Just disappears. I’m using Windows 11. I did an update as well to see if that resolved it and it still happens. Is this happening to anyone else?

I did have one crash and the software offered to send a crash report to the developoers.

Thank you for sending the Event Logs over email. They’re super helpful, and we’re already looking into this.

In the meantime, I’m not sure yet if it’s related, but as a quick fix, you could try disabling the Tutorial Videos to see if that helps. We’ve seen some computers having trouble playing them. Here’s how to disable them: Papyrus 12 and the tutorial pop ups

Hi Sam, I wanted to provide an update. I wasn’t using Papyrus during the week much so had to wait until the weekend to really test this out. After disabling the Tutorial Videos, everything seems fine and things are stable. I’m happy about this, Papyrus is awesome
