Papyrus Author will not open .DOCX documents for me. When I try to do so I get the following error message:

It looks like a part of the Papyrus app itself has gone missing on your mac. 
Did anything change recently? For example, a macOS update, a new antivirus program, or have you moved your apps/files around?
The quickest way to fix this would be downloading and installing a fresh Papyrus on your computer. Your projects and settings won’t be affected.
