Saving layout settings

Windows 10 Pro
Papyrus Author Pro version 10.07b Win64

I’m struggling to save some layout settings:

1: with the timeline is there any way to save the zoom setting? Every time I load Papyrus, the zoom resets (totally zoomed out).
2: with the navigator tabs, I like these tabs (notes, research, etc.) to take up a quarter of my left navigator panel. But, every time I load Papyrus, the navigator tabs collapse and I have to resize them.

Right now, both of these settings are reset after each session.

I can see how being able to save these preferences would be a useful feature in both the Timeline and the Navigator, and will pass this idea to the development team for future consideration!
