The update wiped out my snippets

There appears to have been a recent update. I updated, and it wiped out all of my text snippets I had on the side of my document! :frowning: I just wanted to let you guys know…

There can be more than one pinboard on the side of the document. Perhaps you accidentally created another one which would be blank and hiding your snippets. Did you check whether the snippets are on another pinboard?

I did check. They’re gone :frowning:

I’ve never heard of lost snippets before unless the document was saved in a different format than .pap, for example as a .docx, .odt or .rtf. Those formats have no concept of snippets and therefore would loose them.

Have you checked your backup folder (usually within the project folder) for older versions of the document? The snippets should still be in there.
