Do you have any other anti virus program running that could be interfering here?

It is AMAZING what a new pair of eyes does! When Windows updated, so did AVG and the ransomware feature must have changed. I had to go in an specifically allow Papyrus and it seems to be working perfectly now.

You guys absolutely rock! Sam, you’ve been so patient and diligent with all this. Thank you again.
