Hi I have had a Papyrus Author account for a few years, and was excited by the offer to get Version 12 for a one off price of 0.0$, but now the offer says $198 then at the checkout it says 198 Euro.
Am I missing something?

The free upgrade was listed as for those with a current subscription at 31/dec/24, iirc. The remainder of us, whose subs had lapsed, pay the cut price (sub 200 euros).
(Cancelled my sub because I was ill last year and not writing. Ah well… 
)
Mine was a code that was sent by email and had to be entered when I signed up. It worked the way it was supposed to. Look for an email. Or request one. Hendrick said that if you don’t get an email you can write to help@papyrusauthor.com (?)
